tinysend

Subscribers belong to a list. You can store as many as you like — billing is based on emails sent, not list size.

Adding subscribers

Three ways:

  • Share your subscribe page at yourlist.tinysend.com/subscribe
  • Add them one at a time in the subscribers tab
  • Import a CSV from another tool

Double opt-in

New subscribers get a confirmation email and become active only after they click the link. This keeps your list clean, cuts spam complaints, and protects your sender reputation. Imported contacts can be confirmed the same way.

Statuses

Each subscriber has a status:

  • pending — signed up, hasn’t confirmed yet
  • active — confirmed, receives your newsletters
  • unsubscribed — opted out, won’t receive sends
  • undeliverable — bounced too many times, paused automatically

You can resend a confirmation, verify, or resubscribe someone from their detail page.

Importing

Upload a CSV with an email column (and an optional name column). tinysend skips duplicates and invalid addresses and shows you how many were imported. Only import people who agreed to hear from you — see the anti-spam policy.

Exporting

Export any list to CSV at any time. Your subscribers are yours — there’s no lock-in.

Engagement

When tracking is on, each subscriber shows their last open and last click, so you can spot your most engaged readers and clean out dead addresses. See tracking.
