Every post has a stats view so you can see how it landed.
What’s tracked
- delivered — accepted by the receiving server
- opened — the reader loaded the email (pixel-based)
- bounced — rejected or undeliverable
- complaints — marked as spam by the recipient
Opens include rough geo and device info. Links go out untouched — no redirects or rewrites.
Opens are approximate
Open tracking relies on the reader loading a small image. Some clients (notably Apple Mail Privacy Protection) pre-load images, which inflates opens, while others block them, which hides real opens. Treat opens as a trend, not an exact count. Bounces and complaints are exact.
Turning it off
Tracking is per list. If you’d rather not track opens at all, turn it off in the list settings — sends go out with no pixel. See our privacy policy for how we handle subscriber data.
Bounce handling
When an address hard-bounces or complains, tinysend pauses it automatically so you stop sending to dead or hostile addresses. This protects your sender reputation. You’ll see the status on the subscriber’s page.
