What is the maximum email size?
25 MB, including all attachments.
What types of attachments are supported?
All attachment types are supported. Attachments are stored securely and linked to your posts.
How do I send a newsletter?
Send an email to your list address: {yourlist}@tinysend.com. Your email will be received as a draft post for review before sending to subscribers.
How do I create a list?
Go to Lists and click “Create New List”. Each list gets its own subdomain and email address.
How do subscribers join my list?
Subscribers can sign up at {yourlist}.tinysend.com, or you can import them via CSV.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can configure a custom domain for your list. Go to your list settings and follow the DNS configuration instructions.
When is a physical address required?
Required for commercial newsletters:
- Newsletters with ads or sponsorships
- SaaS product updates or promotions
- Newsletters with paid subscriptions
- Blogs with affiliate links
Not required for personal newsletters:
- Family updates or personal blogs (no monetization)
- Book club or hobby group newsletters
- Community or neighborhood updates
How am I charged?
Billing is based on emails sent, not subscribers. Store unlimited subscribers and only pay for what you send. See pricing for details.
What are pre-send checks?
tinysend can automatically check your newsletter for broken links, spelling, grammar, and formatting issues before it goes out. Results show in the preview email and on the approval page. Enable them per list in Settings. See pre-send checks.
What happens to scheduled sends during warm-up?
Scheduled posts send automatically when the time arrives, as long as you’re within your warm-up capacity for that day. If you’d exceed the limit for any email provider, the send is blocked and you’re notified. See email warm-up.
Can I have multiple sender addresses per list?
Each list has one sender address. If you need different sender addresses, create separate lists. You can use a custom domain on any of them.
Do you offer white label?

Do you offer dedicated IP addresses?
Yes, for high-volume senders. A dedicated IP only improves deliverability above ~300,000 emails/month — below that, our shared sending pool delivers better. If you need one, contact us at hi@tinysend.com.
