How tinysend builds your sender reputation over 30 days to ensure maximum deliverability.
Why warm-up matters
When you create a new list, you’re establishing a new sender reputation with email providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Apple, etc). Sending too many emails too quickly from a new sender looks like spam and will hurt your deliverability.
Warm-up builds trust by gradually increasing your sending volume. This ensures your emails land in inboxes, not spam folders.
How it works
tinysend automatically starts a 30-day warm-up when you create a new list. Limits are tracked separately for each major email provider:
- Days 1-2: 50 emails per provider (~200-250/day total)
- Days 3-4: 200 per provider (~800-1,000/day)
- Days 5-7: 400 per provider (~1,600-2,000/day)
- Days 8-10: 700 per provider (~2,800-3,500/day)
- Days 11-14: 1,250 per provider (~5,000-6,250/day)
- Days 15-17: 2,500 per provider (~10k-12.5k/day)
- Days 18-21: 4,500 per provider (~18k-22.5k/day)
- Days 22-25: 8,750 per provider (~35k-43.7k/day)
- Days 26-30: Unlimited
Per-provider limits
Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and Apple each track your sender reputation independently. For example:
- If you have 1,000 Gmail subscribers on day 1, you can only email 50 of them
- But you can also email 50 Outlook, 50 Yahoo, and 50 Apple subscribers the same day
- This protects your reputation with each provider individually
What happens if I exceed the limit?
If you try to send more than your daily limit for any provider, tinysend will:
- Block the send and show you an error with per-provider details
- Send you an email notification explaining which limits you hit
- Tell you how many emails you can still send to each provider today
You can schedule posts in advance and they’ll automatically send when capacity becomes available.
Best practices during warm-up
- Send consistently — daily or every few days is better than sporadic bursts
- Start with your most engaged subscribers to build positive signals
- Monitor your open and click rates — high engagement builds reputation faster
- Avoid spam complaints — make it easy for people to unsubscribe
Tracking progress
Your list dashboard shows your current warm-up status:
- Current day (x/30)
- Daily sending limit per provider
- Emails sent today per provider
- Remaining capacity for each provider
After warm-up completes
After 30 days, warm-up restrictions are automatically removed and you can send unlimited emails (subject to your plan limits).
