What tinysend is
tinysend is an email newsletter platform. You send newsletters to your subscribers by emailing your list address or using our dashboard.
We handle email delivery, subscriber management, and compliance.
Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must read and agree to our privacy policy.
- You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
- One person or organization per account.
Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. By using tinysend you agree to Stripe’s terms.
- Billing is based on emails sent per month.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds for partial months.
- Free tier: 100 emails/month.
Acceptable use
You must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and all applicable email laws.
Don’t:
- Send spam or unsolicited emails.
- Buy, rent, or sell email lists.
- Use disposable or fake email addresses to subscribe.
- Send emails on behalf of others without authorization.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent yourself.
- Use tinysend for phishing, malware distribution, or illegal content.
- Scrape or abuse the service.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. See our anti-spam policy for details.
Content and intellectual property
You own content you send (newsletters, images, etc.).
By sending content through tinysend, you give us permission to deliver it to your subscribers and display it on your newsletter archive.
We can remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.
Service availability
We provide tinysend “as is” without warranties.
We can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We’ll do our best to keep things running smoothly.
We can modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Liability
We’re not liable for:
- Content you send to subscribers.
- Subscriber complaints or legal issues related to your newsletters.
- Email deliverability issues (ISP blocks, spam filters, etc.).
- Payment processor issues (Stripe’s terms apply).
- Indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.
Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the last 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tinysend and System Operator LLC from any claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of tinysend.
Termination
You can close your account anytime from settings.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any reason.
Upon termination:
- We’ll stop sending emails immediately.
- Your newsletter archives will be taken offline.
- Your data will be handled per our privacy policy.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. We’ll email active users about significant changes.
Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Delaware law, USA.
Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
